STEP 1: Paperwork
Before you can start cooking, there are a few important documents we'll need to get on file. These requirements ensure a safe and professional environment for everyone in our space.

Proof of Liability Insurance: We require a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance coverage. Please ensure that the certificate of insurance lists ChefSpace Savannah as an "Additional Insured" party.

Once you have your paperwork ready, the next step is to see the space in person. Contact us to set up a time for a tour of ChefSpace Savannah. This is your opportunity to explore our kitchen facilities, get a feel for the environment, and ask us any questions you may have face-to-face.

STEP 3: Finalize Your Rental Agreement
After you've completed your tour and decided that ChefSpace Savannah is the right fit, you'll need to sign a rental agreement with us.
A refundable deposit is also required when you sign your rental agreement. This deposit helps cover any potential incidental damage to our equipment or excessive cleaning costs. If your contract ends with no repairs or extra cleaning needed, your deposit will be fully returned to you.
